We worked with Docklands Light Railway (DLR) when they were specifying new trains. One of our consultants attended numerous workshops and produced a live graphic recording of the future trains’ technological requirements.
This led to a number of characters being created, and their ‘As is’ and ‘Future’ roles mapped out.
