Background: Oaktree Joinery manufacture timber windows and doors. They sell direct to customers as well as through the trade.
Brief: Brand re-fresh.
Approach: I took the best of Oaktree Joinery's existing brand (the straight forward name and the green and gold colour scheme) and then added value with a splash of design magic. The result included a simplified logo, re-naming their window range (Cottage, Royal Bath, Excalibur, Statesman and Budget), oak tree leaves on their specification sheets, a new set of product photography and a new look to the homepage of OaktreeJoinery.com
Results: Oaktree Joinery were established in the last recession and are pleased to say that they continue to flourish during the existing economic downturn. Using their existing marketing process in line with their re-freshed brand has made them busier than ever. So busy in fact that they have taken on two new staff to cope with demand.
